Terms of Service

Terms for using Moodi.fm, including live radio availability, accounts, acceptable use and broadcaster responsibility.

Last updated: July 2026

How Moodi.fm works

Moodi.fm is a discovery interface and player for live internet radio. Station metadata comes from Radio Browser, while audio is delivered directly by each broadcaster.

What you can do

• Listen to available radio streams for personal use.
• Save favorites and optionally sync them with an account.
• Read and share Moodi.fm radio guides and station links.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with playback systems, scrape the service abusively, or redistribute streams or content as your own commercial service.

Accounts

Accounts are optional. Keep your sign-in information secure. You can delete your account and associated synced data from profile settings.

Radio availability and content

Broadcasters control their streams, programming and audio advertising. Stations may go offline, change URLs, restrict regions or alter programming without notice. Moodi.fm cannot guarantee continuous availability or endorse every broadcast.

Use Moodi.fm as a personal listening and discovery tool. Do not treat station links as permission to rebroadcast, archive or commercially redistribute third-party streams. If a broadcaster asks for a listing correction or removal, contact Moodi.fm so the issue can be reviewed.
